GEM Mobile Health is seeking a qualified manager to oversee Delaware operations at our Newark and Dover facilities.

Essential Functions

• Maintain day to day operations of the station

• Possess exceptional verbal communication skills

• Create an inspiring and motivating team environment with an open communication culture

• Inspecting and maintaining equipment

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines

• Assist corporate management in overseeing day-to-day operation

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

• Assisting with new applicants, orientation and training

• Assisting team members in the field of operations

• Approves time cards and assists scheduling supervisor

Competencies

• Must have the ability to multitask while completing tasks in a timelyfashion

• Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and flexibility

• Approaches change as an opportunity for growth and development in self and others

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Stays detail oriented while following up on issues

Required Education and Experience

• Supervising or management experience of 4 or more FTEs

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic Life Support

• CPR & First Aid Certified

• Delaware Emergency Vehicle Operator License

Preferred Education and Experience

• National Registry Paramedic or EMT Certification

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support

• Current state driver’s license
